Spiderman Cake
The lighting in the building that this picture was taken in, was horrible at it's best. Everything had a strong yellow tint to it. To make the picture show up okay, we had to tweak the coloring a good bit, but you can still get the idea. It served 54 people and was our typical vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream. Happy birthday, Big T. You're getting so big.
Maddie's Hello Kitty Cake
This cake was for Maddie's 5th birthday. She likes Hello Kitty, so what better way to celebrate than with a balloon delivered by Hello Kitty. It serves 25 people and was our popular vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. We actually piped an oversized 5 beside the character, but forgot to take an updated picture. We want to wish the birthday girl a fun party and a great day.

Valentine Rice Krispies
There's more where this came from, but too many to show. These cute hearts are Rice Krispies Treats drizzled in white chocolate. I made these for my son's kindergarten class to have at their Valentine party. The bottom picture shows the ones I made for the girls. They're drizzled with white chocolate and dipped in pink chocolate. I was afraid the boys would have nothing to do with pink, so I only did enough of these for the girls in his class. They all taste as good as they look. I hope the kids enjoy eating them as much as I did making them. Happy Valentine's Day!
For My Sweetheart, I Love You
Something sweet and simple was the goal of these tasty hearts. Everybody needs a little sweet treat every now and then, and there's no better holiday for that than Valentine's Day. These cakes were made for two deserving wives as a gift from their husbands.
This cake is a vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream, and has a double border on top and around the bottom. Petite hearts grace the entire top of this cake along with one huge heart. This cake serves 12-13 people.
This heart-shaped cake has a triple border on the top and a double border around the bottom, along with a little scroll piping along the sides. An "I Love You" is the message on top with a sweet little bouquet of roses in the corner. This cake is about 12-13 servings, and is the popular vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream.
Old Man
Have you ever watched "Family Guy"? Cory and Kimberly do. This was the theme she wanted for his 30th birthday, I guess a little glimpse into the future. She loves white cake with buttercream icing and I mean she loves cake. So we hope he loves it as much she will. This cake served about 25 people. Thanks Kimberly, it was fun to do, oh and.......HAPPY BIRTHDAY CORY!!!!!!!!!

Pink Retro Polka Dots
Even big girls need a little pink in their lives, especially on their birthday. This 3-layer, dark chocolate cake is iced in our chocolate buttercream. We went a little lighter on the chocolate this time in our icing, since the cake was dark chocolate. It serves about 30 people and is decorated in retro-style polka dots in three shades of pink fondant. We want to wish the birthday girl the happiest birthday. Happy Birthday, Aun-"T". We enjoyed making this cake for you.

"Have your cake and eat it too"
This cake served double duty. A mom that wanted a cake to munch on and two kids who wanted it their way. This is our solution to the problem. A golf ball for the boy and a cell phone for the girl. A vanilla cake with buttercream icing, this cake serves about 12-14 people.
These two boys couldn't agree on one design so...... ta da! Frosty the Snowman on one corner and Spongebob on the other, and everybody's happy. This is also a vanilla cake with buttercream icing and serves 12-14 people.

Pink and Brown Bridal Shower
We had a good time at the shower for our nephew Piercie and his fiance' Jamie. We wish them the best in all they choose to do. This was a vanilla cake with buttercream icing. The stripes and dots were made of homemade modeling chocolate and is turning out to be more popular with us than fondant. Served about 40-45 people. Congratulations Piercie and Jamie!

Baby Shower Onesie
We just love the way this one turned out. This is a vanilla cake with buttercream icing and homemade modeling chocolate. We absolutely loved the way the chocolate could be manipulated and it tastes just like a tootsie roll. This is one of our favorites. Congratulations Crystal and Riley! (Serves about 45 people)

Frosty Cake and Snowflake cookies
This is what was left of Frosty before we thought to take a picture. He's long gone now. Our Snowflake cookies are also gone. Merry Christmas and blessings to all from "The Dessert Box".
