Katie Beth was at Disney World on her birthday this year but when she comes to Grandma's house, baking is on the list of things to do. She loves to bake cakes and decorate them. I think she's coming along beautifully. This is our latest cake for this weekend. Zebra print with pink is very popular with the girls this year, and it's exactly how this girl wanted to kick off her years as a teenager. This cake is a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, and is decorated with black mint modeling chocolate. There are 56 servings in this two-tiered cake. Hope you enjoy, and thank you, Cindy!

Two layers of vanilla cake and buttercream icing is just the beginning of this round. The sides are covered with modeling chocolate and also the posts. Every child likes Spongebob Squarepants, and who can resist Patrick? These funny characters have been a favorite for birthday parties for many years now, and they are exactly what Michael had in mind for his special day as well. This cake is a vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream icing, and is decorated using all buttercream icing. On top is an underwater scene with Spongebob and Patrick jumping for joy for the birthday boy, and the sides are adorned with scrumptious seaweed. Spongebob and Patrick will serve 25 people.
