Happy 1st Birthday Darby! He is a fan of Donald Duck and chocolate(or maybe his mom) so a chocolate cake with ganache filling between the layers and chocolate buttercream icing to finish it up. This cake serves 25. Hope you love tearing into your "smash cake". (Thanks Raegan for sending us a picture of Darby tearing into his cake, and he has alot of help from his big sister Isabelle.)
