Spring Flowers

Our friend Crystal asked us to do a cake for her grandmothers 80th birthday celebration. We decided to let red roses be the focal point and surround them with colorful spring flowers. All the flowers were made of our modeling chocolate and dusted with gold and pearl luster dust to give them a special touch and the top is decorated with cornelli lace technique. The cake is a vanilla cake with buttercream icing  and serves 54 people. Super Mario and Wii Remotes

Super Mario and Wii Remotes is something we know alot about.We were really thrilled when we were asked to do these. The remotes are made from a rectangle chocolate chip cookie which was cut in half and iced with buttercream icing. We used royal icing and fondant to accent the controls. It serves about 20 people. The Super Mario was a vanilla cake with buttercream icing and modeling chocolate for his hair and gloves and buttons, it serves about 54 people. Thanks Stephanie and Happy Birthday Daniel!

Butterflies, Butterflies, Butterflies!!

We did a flower/butterfly cake for Brooke last year for her 6th birthday, and she fell in love with the little butterflies on her cake, so we suggested a cake covered in butterflies for her 7th, and it was a hit! This cake feeds 28 and is a vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, and is completely covered in about 65 handmade butterflies made from our modeling chocolate. The message written on the cake board is written in pink royal icing, and even has a few smaller pink butterflies fluttering around. Happy birthday, Brooke. You're growing up so fast!

Ladybug 1st Birthday

This ladybug-themed cake is so cute for a little girl's 1st birthday. Both cakes are vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream icing, and are topped off with decorations made from our modeling chocolate. Actually, everything black is modeling chocolate, along with the small, pink ladybugs on the larger cake. The larger cake feeds about 20-25, and the ladybug is Rylee's very own smash cake. We hope this was a hit! Thanks, Andrea, for allowing us to be a part of Rylee's first birthday.

Barnyard Birthday

This cute birthday idea  turned out so good. The barnyard had a dozen pig cookies and a dozen cow cookies which simply were sugar cookies iced with royal icing. The small cake was a "smash" cake for little Huston to tear into and the barnyard cake was a vanilla cake with buttercream icing. The fence, two pigs, cow, cow print and rake were made of modeling chocolate and the barn was rice krispie treats covered in modeling chocolate.This fun cake served 40 people. Luau

A luau birthday party was in order for this mom with three kids on her 50th birthday. This cake is vanilla with buttercream icing and is decorated with flowers and flip flops all made from our modeling chocolate. Serves about 58 people. Happy Birthday Connie and thanks Tasha!

Butterfly Cake

This Butterfly cake was for Bella's first birthday. A vanilla cake with buttercream icing that serves 25 and a "smash cake" for little Bella to tear into all by herself. Hope you have many, many birthdays to come and lots of butterflies fluttering around you. Happy Birthday Bella! Thanks Summer and Annette.

Retro Lightning McQueen

Gage loves monster trucks and Lightning McQueen but decided since he had a monster truck cake last year, he wanted a retro Lightning McQueen cake this year. It's a vanilla cake with buttercream icing. Happy Birthday Gage, vrooom! vrooom!!! Thanks Andrea.

"Ooh La La"

This is a vanilla cake with buttercream icing and serves 25.  This kinda matches the invitations for a lingerie shower for Chrissy from her good friend Danielle. Hope you get a lot of " intrigueing" gifts!!!!  Thanks Danielle, hope you like it.

The Tree...

The Tree Cake...? We don't know the story behind this one but we would love to know. A lady requested this for her friend for her 30th or so birthday. This is the first tree we've been asked to do and so....here it is. It's vanilla with buttercream icing and serves about 20 people. Enjoy cutting your tree....timmmmmmmmber!

Graduation Cake

Way to go Kayla! Now you're ready for college. This cake serves 54 and is vanilla cake with buttercream icing. The cap, rose and stem are made from our modeling chocolate. Hope you had a great party and we wish you well. Thanks Delisa.

Softball Cookies

Two dozen softball cookies and 14 of them individually wrapped for the players' with their numbers on them and a few extra for the little brothers and sisters. These are butter cookies with royal icing. Thanks Kimberly and hope the party went well.

Graduation Cookies

These cookies were for a high school graduate. Dustin has worked long and hard to achieve his high school diploma, and to celebrate, the family is treating him to sweets: a giant chocolate chip cookie (iced with buttercream, of course), and a dozen iced, and personalized butter cookies. The giant cookie is about 14-15 inches, and feeds about 30-40. We're very proud of you, Dustin, and wish you the best in college and throughout life. Congratulations!

Brooklynn's Elmo Cake

We heard Brooklynn was a big Elmo fan, so we hope she enjoys this Elmo character cake made especially for her! This cake serves 20-25 and is vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. (You would not believe the amount of red food coloring we had to use to get the bright red!) Happy birthday, Brooklynn!

Transformers for Two

Brooks and Hayden are grandchildren of a friend of mine, and the boys' birthdays are only a few days apart, so it's just easier to have a joint party. They both like Transformers, so Transformers it is for the little men. The cake serves about 40, and is vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream. Other than the red writing on top, which is also buttercream, all other decorations are made from our homemade modeling chocolate. I hope the party went well, and the boys had fun.
