This birthday cake is for a 21st celebration. This delicious cake is super-moist chocolate cake with a milk chocolate buttercream icing. It's three layers feeds about 35 people. We iced the sides with striped detail in the buttercream and decorated it with a modeling chocolate "21" on top, and the same modeling chocolate squares on the sides.
