This was for a surprise 40th birthday party. With the usual vanilla cake with buttercream icing, this cake served 54 people, and the train, signs and clouds were made of homemade fondant. Bonnie told us to use our imagination and it was a lot of fun, thanks. We hope Scott was surprised and pleased. Happy Birthday Scott! Just click on the picture to get a close-up.
Y'all know I love that grass....ha! This turned out so cute, boys and trains go well together at any age! Even 40!!
