Polka Dots

This is a tribute to my oldest granddaughter, Carly. She was nine years old, and told me precisely how she wanted the cake and precisely the colors she wanted. Iwas a little unsure when she first saw the cake because gave me the details over the phone. She had a blouse that had these colors, and she loved them - so she brought out her blouse and showed me (after I had made the cake)and said,"Grandma, it's perfect!"(Whew) Anyway, this was a vanilla cake with buttercream icing. The bow was a mixture of all four colors and made of fondant. This cake would serve about 65 to 75 people.
