Kendall's Ladybug B'day

This was for my granddaughter Kendall's first birthday. They were all vanilla cakes with buttercream icing and served about70-75 people. The ladybugs on the flower cake were made of homemade fondant and the "ladybug" cake was for Kendall to tear into. The polka-dots were cookie icing and the antennaes were made of pastillage and painted with food coloring. The extra flower cake was just that-extra, just in case. We didn't want to run out. Everybody wants a piece of b'day cake. It was a wonderful party. Shawn and Misty really went all out with the food and goodie bags to take home.
