This was for a little girl's special one year birthday. It's a vanilla three-tiered cake with buttercream icing and it served approximately 60 people. The towers and the flags were made of pastillage The roofs of the towers were sugar cones coated with buttercream. The smaller cake was for little Maggie to tear into. Best wishes on this special "Princess" day.
That castle is just precious...love it. Those flags, and door, certainly fit for a princess!!
